I've been a certified hypnotist since 1993, and one thing I've never done is weightloss, and stop smoking programmes. That is due to the fact that I smoke 60 a day and eat what I like, and I was never really happy with preaching what I don't do myself, so I just stayed clear of the two main stays of the hypnotist's profession. Until the other day, end of January 2006, I got a bit fed up with being this heavy. It's getting in the way of free movement now and that's bugging. I got to wondering about health and fitness, drifted off and had a major shamanic Project Sanctuary experience there and then.

The Making Of Champagne Turquoise

That is due to the fact that I smoke 60 a day and eat what I like, and I was never really happy with preaching what I don't do myself, so I just stayed clear of the two main stays of the hypnotist's profession.

Until the other day, end of January 2006, I got a bit fed up with being this heavy. It's getting in the way of free movement now and that's bugging. I got to wondering about health and fitness, drifted off and had a major shamanic Project Sanctuary experience there and then.

It was absolutely gorgeous. I found an underground river of deepest turquoise, blue and green, with magical water that sparkled with tiny champagne bubbles on contact, and I knew that it was somehow transforming fat into oxygen (metaphorically speaking). In the vision, I threw myself into the river and the feeling was just sensational, like a jaccuzzi but so much better, and all those tiny bubbles coming from my skin really buoyed me in the water, making it so easy to swim as well, it was just delightful.

I swam strongly and it was delicious, not at all difficult and tedious as I've always experienced exercise before, it was wonderful to move in and with the water, and I swam in this river for a time until I came to a really cool cave with crystals in the ceiling that radiated down onto a still lake. I floated there for a time, rested, soaked up the frequencies from these crystal lights and then swam out and into the sunlight, into an amazing garden of Eden type tropical well pool.

When I snapped out of it, I was amazed and also gratified, and I went and wrote the whole thing down.

It got me to thinking about many things, and one of the really wonderful aspects of what this vision/journey taught me was that there are all these competing health and fitness programmes, and they all have this heavy weight of being THE ONLY ONE.

But life isn't like that.

Champagne Turquoise is NOT some sort of miracle cure. At some point, one must exercise; one must eat well; one must deal with one's emotional problems.

That's a total fact, and it can't be any other way.

No one single weightloss/fitness programme can do all and everything all and any human being might need to get themselves turned around and move towards Even Flow and health in their own definition and according to their own creative template and soul's journey.

That's why I guess I never wanted to promise such a thing.

But Champagne Turquoise can HELP on many levels, and in many ways.

It is clearly something for the mind, for the autogenic body, for the energy body, and probably for the energy mind as well.

It is like a dietary supplement, a catalyst, a kind of trace element addition to the "diet" of health programmes that will make them work better, or even work at all!

That makes it valuable, and makes it worth its purchase price, and it makes it into a product that I'm happy to put my name to.

One comment about the music.

As I was putting it together, words floated into my head first - "Swim strongly. Breathe deeply. Let the river heal you." I said those words out aloud and then started to hum a tune which "sings" these core metaphorical instructions of Champagne Turquoise. In the background, the choir sings it all the way through and carries the meditation beautifully.

I'm really grateful to my energy mind for sending me these beautiful "visions", and in particular for this one. I really didn't think there was a product or approach out there for me which might help *me* take a different view on health and fitness, or even weightloss, for I have sincere problems with the "beauty nazis" who are ruining so many lives, all around the planet, who are bringing so much misery to so many, and in so many inventive ways.

I never wanted and never will be one of those.

But that's ok. My energy mind showed me Champagne Turquoise, and a kind of "unconditional supplement" for anyone, even if they have had loads of plastic surgery or abused themselves in all manner of terrible ways in response to the propaganda of the beauty nazis and for fear of not being good enough, not being lovable. This river is truly unconditional. It will take anyone, and it will do it's thing, no matter what or who. That's very humbling, and another example of the truly unconditional nature of the Even Flow, and our enchanted world.
